MT will come to your team at a time and location that suits you and will confidentially compliment your training schedule for private, focused sports Pilates instruction. Classes are always geared toward your needs or specific training schedule, and can also incorporate psychological cues and skills if required. Individual Pilates tuition, in the privacy of your own home is also available.
